Shipping policy

Your order will be dispatched upon confirmation of payment. We process shipments every day except on Sundays and public holidays. Orders confirmed before 7:00 AM (GMT+7) will be shipped on the same day. Should there be any unforeseen delays in delivery, we reserve the right to dispatch your order on the following day.

Shipping Fees: The shipping fee is contingent on the package weight and the destination address.

*Please be aware that the shipping fee exclusively covers the transportation costs. It does not encompass taxes and other charges associated with international shipping.

If your order is returned to the company due to incorrect address details or an unknown recipient, we cannot take responsibility for the redelivery. To resend your order, the cost of redelivery will be charged.
