Refund policy
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. Please ensure to record a video while unpacking the package to verify that your order has been received accurately and in its entirety. This video will serve as evidence in the event of any incorrect or defective items. Returns or exchanges can only be initiated if errors are attributable to the company.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Please note that we retain the right to decline returns or exchanges for any item if the request is not submitted within the specified timeframe. For domestic orders, your return must reach the company within 14 days, while international orders require returns within 30 days.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
